Shipping + Returns
 

Shipping: We try and keep things simple here. Orders over $50 ship free within the US - just use code FREESHIP50 at checkout (yes, you can combine discount codes for free shipping and coupons). Domestic Orders less than $50 will ship at a flat $9 rate.

International (non-US) orders are not currently accepted on this site - please go to our Etsy page - hopbrooklane.etsy.com to place international orders (Etsy will calculate shipping based on country and weight of order). There is a limited selection on Etsy - if you are an international shopper and want something not on Etsy, please message me and I can list it for you.

Most candles are made to order, so we usually need 5-7 business days to craft your order. If we think it may take us longer than 7 business days to get your order out the door, you will hear from us.

Returns: If you want to return your unused candle, let us know and you can ship it back to us within 30 days (our address is in the contact tab). We will either refund the purchase price of the candle or send you a different candle. Shipping costs back to us are at your own expense. If you received a damaged product, please notify us within 10 days of receipt and provide a photo of the damage. We will send out a replacement candle within 7 business days.
